Mort Meyers: This Young Man on the Beach script sucks. She goes with a guy just because he says she’s awesome? You call that dialogue?
Maeby: Hey, I didn’t write it.
Mort Meyers: No, but you’re gonna fix it. It’s a spring break movie. Get down there and find out what they sound like.
Maeby: Oh, yeah, right. Do you really think I look college-aged?
Mort Meyers: I’m not drunk. But I’m willing to be. Hint.
Maeby: Oh, Mort. You’re going to be so easy to blackmail. Hint.

Mort Meyers: We should start production on Gangee 2.
Maeby: Well, I know she wanted a skin peel.

Agreed. And he was perfect as the over-enthusiastic movie producer.

I wonder if he’ll be back and follow up with Maeby’s film exec thing. We can only hope.

yeah, its the only follow-up this season other than George Sr. in the attic, no? (keeping in mind that Ann and G.O.B. starting to prez the company are both season one)

Yeah, I really hope he’s back. It’s really the first guest role that isn’t a charicature and worth bringing back. I can really see a lot more they could do with the movie producer role! You can’t go wrong with more Jeff and Maeby!!
monkey me - by followup, do you mean anything recurring? They’ve had the Blue Man Group, Starla,... but yeah, mostly one-shots like Gene Parmesan, Ice, Tom Jane. I’m glad they’re not back though!
