Stan Sitwell: The only thing I ask is, out of the 450 homes we build, one be given to a disadvantaged family from the inner city.

G.O.B.: That’s great. So the other 449 families live in fear? Is that what we’re saying? I mean, come on! Where’s your decenc...?

Michael: Sorry that my son couldn’t be here.

Stan Sitwell: Let me guess. Girlfriend. You know, it could be worse. He could want to marry your mother. (Laughs.) Oh, I’m sorry. Is your family not laughing at that yet?

Gotta say, a guy that wears fake eyebrows is an inspired character. Ed Begley Jr. does a great job!

Out of all the season 1 and 2 character I have to say I want Sitwell back the most, followed closely by Anyoung and Carl Weathers.

Stan Sitwell was so funny. I love how he reads the menu to Lucille II.

Bring back Sitwell!!!

I miss Stan as well. Does anyone remember Ed Begley’s guest appearance on Simpsons? The car powered by his sense of self-satisfaction?

Also, as I was reading my favorite webcomic, I was reminded of Sitwell!

Considering Ed Begley, Jr.’s well publicized use of alternatively-powered vehicles, it’s kind of funny that as Stan Sitwell, he test drives a high performance sports car that’s gotta be lousy on fuel efficiency. I wonder if that was the most inside of inside jokes going there.

I think it’s great how clean and modern Sitwell’s offices are (as we see them in Switch-Hitter), compared to the chaos at the Bluth company.

But you’ve really got to doubt his business sense: after all, he turned down
bleep
mountain—COME ON!

haha stan sitwell is hallarious, I love when he is on the getaway with Lucille 2 and his wig gets soaked in the pool, not to mention GOB wearing his evebrows!

I know this thread is for discussing the Sitwell character, but I think Ed Begley Jr. is far funnier in ’A Mighty Wind’ as Lars Olfsen, the newly converted Jew who is trying too hard.......Some of his lines are amazing

Lars Olfsen: "The naches that I’m feeling right now... ’cause your dad was like mishpoche to me. When I heard I got these ticket to the Folksmen, I let out a geshreeyeh, and I’m running with my friend... running around like a vilde chaye, right into the theater, in the front row! So we’ve got the schpilkes, ’cause we’re sittin’ right there... and it’s a mizvah, what your dad did, and I want to try to give that back to you. Okeinhoreh, I say, and God bless him.

That has to be one of my favourite Movie quotes.....Now, Back to discussing Stan Sitwell.......
