Buster has studying classes and Lucille 2 has Spin Class.

I thought it had also something to do with the other meaning of ’class’ as in dignity, poise etc. especially the way he threw it back at Lucille - "I thought you had class"
I don’t maybe not?

Yeah there was a double meaning - I think they both meant that they literally had a class to attend, but Buster could’ve also meant that he thought Lucille was ’classy’ enough not to have men over for dinner.

Watching this episode again these days, I’ve realised just how bizarre the idea of Carl Weathers and Liza Minnelli gettin’ a stew on is.Where else are you gonna see that?As well as the line "Carl Weathers took everything from me.I will never love again!" Yet, it just goes by like it’s nothing.

One little detail I noticed when watching this ep again...
when michael goes to the set of marta’s soap opera and is talking to the makeup artist he thinks is hermano...when michael leaves, the makeup artist totally checks him out as he walks away. Hehe.

why did michael at the end of his speech say, "i love you all, MARTA"... that was strange... like he couldnt help but slip her name in at the end of his sentence? huh?

I always hated that line, it felt so forced.

In an episode with Carl Wethers, early in the first season, I thought a funny little gem of a joke was when Lucille has just asked Carl over to dinner and she brings him over to tell Buster who will obviously upset. She exclaims as she presents him "Guess whos coming to Dinner", which refers to the classic movie "Guess Whos Coming to Dinner" about a white girl bringing a black man home to visit her unaccepting parents, of which a horrible remake was made a few years ago, starring ashton kutcher (the premise had then been changed to a black girl bringing a white guy home). In anycase, I laughed. Hard.

I didn’t pick that up, nice catch.
