my favorite part of this episode is where Oscar is massaging/hugging/touching Michael ackwardly at the coffe shop, then Michael says "what’s happening now?" such a great way to formally introduce Oscar

I found the funniest part of this episode. When Michael hands out the whistles, watch the woman on the left, she’s so funny in the way she tries to comprehend the concept of a whistle.

I just noticed that in the shot where Oscar is sleeping in his trailer when Lucille is leaving a message, the TV is showing the "Mr Banana Grabber" cartoon from the end of Charity Drive. And it’s extra fitting for Oscar to watch a cartoon about a banana....since after all, we learned from Pier Pressure that a banana is a symbol for a marijuana cigarette, which Oscar knows a lot about.

One of my favorite episodes. The boardroom scene alone is pure comedy gold.

Haha, I just realized something. When Lindsay is protesting in the free speech zone, the narrator makes a comment about "key decision makers." Reference to the episode "Key Decisions?"

Surprised this wasn’t mentioned, but David Gruber Allen (Mr. Rosso!) from Freaks and Geeks made an appearance in this episode as one of the protestors.

Look through the window behind Gob and Tobias as they are brainstorming their plan for "Gobias Industries" in the coffee shop. You’ll see an out-of-focus sign for the bagel shop Gob’s carbo-loading proposal was inspired by, named "Passion of the Crust." F’ing classic :-D

after GOB and tobias quietly leave the coffee shop after they see michael you can see GOB just raise his hands and get really animated on the other side of the door. i just noticed that today. and it cracked me up.

Lucille: Oh, I remember a certain young man who said "But I don’t have scary dreams in your bed!"

Michael: That was Buster...!

Good episode, but "All You Need Is Smiles" was the highlight for me. That and Lindsay telling Tobias she wants to be a cage dancer and then doing that laugh! Nobody would get that if they weren’t a fan.
