Due to shoddy plumbing on the model home, Michael must call an inspector to check out the house. But when he asks George, Sr. to vacate the attic so that he won’t have to cover for him, G.O.B. steps in to help and all hell breaks loose. Meanwhile, George Michael helps Ann 2.0 stage a boycott of the American version of Dangerous Liaisons and they inadvertently turn the movie into a bigger hit for Maeby. And when Michael asks Tobias to keep an eye on Kitty, their relationship begins to bloom, much to Lindsay’s dismay.

Quotes

Michael: We’re brothers who shouldn’t be fighting. We cannot afford to lose each other, okay?

G.O.B.: I can’t. I already lost a brother today.

Michael: Franklin?

G.O.B.: Well, I didn’t lose him, but he’s all puckered and white.

Michael: On the plus side, you can take him to lunch at the club now.

G.O.B.: That’s the exact kind of joke he would have loved!

I apologize profusely if this has already been asked/pointed out, but I didn’t have time to go through all 28 pages.

When GOB knocks out George Sr. with the ether, he is then driving the stair car, resulting in him being photographed by a traffic camera with Michael’s picture in front of his face...you all know this.

But where were they going?! GOB was doing Michael’s dirty work for him to turn George Sr. in, but he ends up handcuffing him to a pipe under the model home, after which he escapes before he is crushed. So if GOB got him out of the attic and put him under the living room of the same house...why would he be driving?

EDIT: The transcript says he’s going to drop off George on the police station steps. However, no mention is made of why he’d turned back. Perhaps we can just assume he was so distraught by Michael lying to him about the CD that he didn’t want to go through with it?

Yeah, Gob was originally going to help out Michael by turning in George Sr, but decided to chain him to the pipe in the basement instead after discovering the CD. Makes sense.

Did anyone see the deleted scenes for this episode on the season 2 DVD? Love the scene where Wayne Jarvis looks to Michael and goes "Something this sweet isn’t going to stay on the table forever Bluth". Then, Barry, who is clearly not paying attention, grabs the danish off the table and goes "Well, if noone else wants it, i’ll take it". Classic...how did that get cut?

One of my favourite lines from the whole series that I never really hear people mention is in Righteous Brothers when GOB runs outside to check if George Sr has been crushed, and he says "Children you’re small, crawl under there." It’s just such classic GOB - first that he calls 15/16 year olds ’chidren’, then that he thinks they’d actually fit in that tiny space, and he doesn’t even consider that it’s dangerous and they might be hurt. So good.

One of my favorites. The true highlight for me is the final moment, when Oscar says "Why won’t it grow back?" *cut to end credits*.

Maybe it’s been mentionned before but here I go : When GM and Maeby discuss Les Cousins dangeureux, she just got out of the shower and she’s drying her hair.

Then we see the cover of the DVD on which the boy is spying on the girl while she brushes her hair in the bathroom.

I just joined today because I’m addicted to AD. I’ve lurked here for awhile, but decided to sign up to find a certain song in this episode.

It’s the spanish music piece that plays whenever Michael and GOB fight... anyone know what it is or where I can get it?
