Additionally in the episode "Pier Pressure" there may be the origin of the chicken dance in there somewhere — at the end, when Buster attacks Gob, he makes Gob slap himself on the sides of his head. At one point Gob also lifts his leg. Combined with the "clapping" motion of slapping both sides of his head at once, this resembles the chicken dance — possibly Buster is torturing Gob with a dance Gob tortured Buster with his entire life?
