Talk about that new Hemingway adaptation or anything else in the theatre.

This Side of the Truth(now known as the Invention of Lying)

Due to it being shelved until 2010, I ended up reading the script. The first 85-90 pages are pretty hilarious, but it gets rather formulaic afterwards and never quite recovers, maybe they fixed that in the final cut, the world may never know if it keeps on being delayed though.

The script is 117 pages, and there's little to no special effects shots, so it likely runs at about an hour and half, although with a lot of comedy depending on improvisation, it could be longer. If this is the draft being used, I'd rate it about a 6.5 or a 7. BTW, the film will definitely be Rated R, due to a lot of crude dialogue and near constant cursing(including around 25-30 f-bombs at least).

Warner picked it up for September '09 and it looks like it was edited down to PG-13.
