Not sure if this was posted or not... but the Church and State banner? "Welcome People of God and Taxpayers."
Nice shot at the churches that don't play taxes.

There’s no “I” in “win.” And then at the end of that, the shot with Michael and Steve in front of that statue holding that hand just killed me.

That was one of my favorite parts! There's no "I" in "win." and all the other things were great! Oh, Steve Holt! He slays me!

I think my favorite part was seeing the rabbis vs the firefighters in a tug-of-war. And then how happy the rabbis were when they won.

This episode was a good fun episode. Wasn't really part of the continuation but just great for a laugh. Mr F was better but it was good they were back to back even though I saw them on different days since I download the episodes.

I'm amazed no one mentioned this:

On GOB's Accredited Pageant Judge certificate, it says

It looks to me like it was Hope Loblaw.

I just noticed something else.

When GOB first enters the model home, he takes the broom from Michael and throws it in the room right next to him. We hear something break.

What I hadn't noticed before is that the room immediately becomes dark: GOB broke the light.

Yeah, I noticed that. That was hilarious.
I liked how Tobias turned and flinched when the broom was thrown, just like how George Michael always does.

I have the geekiest tidbit of trivia: When the LA Times newspaper is shown, when the narrator is talking about the Church and State Fair, the date is September 19th, 2005, which is when our beloved AD came back.
Lindsay: I've always been passionate about nature.
Michael:You're wearing ostrich skin boots.
Lindsay:Well I don't care about ostriches.

My favorite "part" was rewatching the episode after it was revealed what "Mr F" meant.

Clearly her reference to winning a silver medal, related to the Special Olympics!

Also, when she was "at school", she wasn't a teacher, she was (by far) the oldest pupil!

I can't wait to go back and watch all her other episodes now knowing this information.

anybody get a good listen to that song in the training montage? it's hilarious... this is what i got so far, after listening over & over...

how much can you do?
you (something something) a struggle
when the (something something) you
just grab 'em all and juggle...

all those balls in the air!
how hard can it be?
so hard you're gettin' dizzy
with those balls in the air!
keep those balls in the air!
..balls in the air"

anyone else able to complete the lyrics? i didn't find anything on google, so i'm thinking it was written special for the show (like "big yellow joint").

Just a thought , but on first watch of this episode I felt it had generally been 'dumbed down' in parts.Maybe this is to do with the quest for ratings , I don't know but there were some un-AD-Like moments. For example when Tobias says to GM that he will 'Out that Queen' , The writers felt the need to have Michael say 'I think you just did' . I just think AD is the kinda show where the viewer is left to think this thought on their own. I dont want AD to become another show where the writers signpost their gags for those who missed them....I mean , COME ON !!!..........Could anybody actually take Tobias' line literally.
