On the Season 1 DVD, for the commentary on Beef Consommé, David Cross said that for his scene with Michael Cera, that Michael Cera did not crack up at all. That would be so hard to do for me.

I say somebody's a rude gus all the time! it's the best! OT but I also say "I've made a huge mistake" all the time Will Arnett should trademark that and David should trademark "somebody's a rude gus"... f*ck Paris Hilton and Donald Trump!

The Lovely Laura wrote:He's so great as Tobias. I do admit I think his character is a little bit too slapsticky for David but he pulls it off and the character is still hilarious!

Hmm Slapsticky is that a new word, if so I like it, hehe.

The Lovely Laura wrote:I will end on a note from David's stand up that I saw recently live at a Tsunami Benefit in Costa Mesa:

Announcer: ....your host, David Cross!

(Applause)

David Cross: Thank you, thanks!

Man from Audience: I love you, Tobias!

David Cross: Thanks... that fake character loves you too.

Now that is champagne comedy folks  .

How good is he? Well I don't add people to my list of great comedians very often in-fact the last time was Bill Hicks (r.i.p), so, to add David Cross well it is just an honour, and I am sure he and he's fake characters feels it  .

Wow I think that is my 100th post for this site yeah :D

I really think that David was unfairly snubbed at this year's Emmies. I know that 11 nominations are enough, but I mean, come on, where's the love for the lead singer of 3 x 1 - 1?

Yeah, that would be awesome, although I didn't know we were cloning Jason Bateman.

Tobias is great. Everything he does is amazing. I seem to quote him the most. "Does anyone want to go to the hospital?"

I like those emmy nominations Operation Hot Mother. Hmm.... cloned Jason Batemans :D
George Michael: Maybe it was the other George Michael, you know the singer/songwriter.

Michael: Yeah, that makes sense.

tobias and gob should do more stuff together in the show. i think the whole GOBIAS industries thing was one of the most clever little sub-plots.
