What's the subtlest joke in AD?

Not sure if I would call it subtle, but saying that, today is the first time I noticed it.

When Michael confronts "Hermano" whilst he is painting freckles on that guy in the orange wig (how absurd does this show sound already) and the freckle artist points him back at his brother. As Michael goes back to the guy, Freckle Painter Hermano totally checks Michael's ass out as he walks away and he looks impressed. And why wouldn't he be?
