Not so much here in the UK. Arrested Development was treated horribly by the BBC, as was Curb.
30 Rock was dropped twice by Channel 5 before it moved to Comedy Central.
Modern Family is only available on SkyOne, and it isn't that widely known of (I am the only person I know who watches it).
It says alot about the state of UK TV when two of my most loved shows, AD and 30 Rock, I found entirely by accident. I caught AD after a hard night of partying, then spent the next day trawling through the schedules to find out what that marverlous thing was and promptly bought the DVDs. 30 Rock I found whilst channel hopping and catching Tina Fey's wonderful face. I believe the episode was LudaChristmas(?).
As much as I love crap reality TV, like The X Factor, I hate how reluctant our broadcasters are to make something original like AD. I seriously begrudge paying my TV license when the only BBC show I watch is Doctor Who.
