My bizarrely obsessive reading of coverage of the strike has paid off with a random article quoting "a source close to" Bateman. It's not that exciting, really, but nobody's posted in the Articles section for a while, so I figured why not?
"Holiday Film PR May Be Affected By Strike"
I'm told that actor Jason Bateman recently flew to NYC to do press for his upcoming film, Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium. "But Bateman refused to do the scheduled interviews for Conan and the View as those are struck shows. He wouldn't cross those picket lines," a source close to the actor explained. "Just wanted you to to know that though we have a no-strike clause in our SAG agreement, we CAN make some stands and SHOULD."
Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words- "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.
