Sounds like some more speculation from World Entertainment News Network

Plans for a movie adaptation of the hit series Arrested Development are getting closer to completion, after a number of meetings with the show's key figures.

Arrested Development star Jason Bateman met with series creator Mitch Hurwitz over the weekend, further fueling speculation the film version of the show is in the pipeline.

Earlier this year, Michael Cera, Bateman's co-star, insisted he would be keen to sign up for an Arrested Development movie if it ever came to fruition.

Promising speculation, but speculation none the less. First of all, "World Entertainment News Network" sounds made-up. Second, all it really says is that people involved in the show have spoken to each other. For all we know, they were exchanging Christmas gifts.

If Ron Howard gives you a Christmas gift, you take, no matter what your religion. But maybe they were exchanging Hannukah gifts. Or Festivus gifts.

Or maybe they were talking about an Arrested Development movie.

My point was that we don't really know, that the article is purely speculation and doesn't actually tell us anything. But I think byron's right. Even if they weren't talking about an AD movie at all, it's still a good sign that they're all getting together and talking. Who knows? Maybe they were just hanging out and it came up and now they've decided to do it.

Not to burst people's joy bubbles here, but really, this article means absolutely nothing. Essentially, this is the information that the article is summing up:
