It could also work that either Lucille or George sr switched them because they wanted a blonde. AND she didn't have the family nose - she looked like a falcon. Which isn't a reason why they would want her.. just another reason why she might not be related. And that narrator thing is genius.

3. Here's a thought - What if everyone DID think that Lindsay and Michael were twins, and the shocking news Lindsay found out is that Michael and Nellie are in fact twins, and Lindsay and Nellie were accidentally switched in the hospital or something? Would explain why Michael and Nellie look similar and why Lindsay is the only blonde Bluth.

Everyone is talking about Lindsay finding out she is adopted... but what if she finds out MICHAEL is the apodted one. Maybe GOB tells her, as he is the oldest and would likely know... not that he could keep a secret that long, but it would add another layer to his resentment of Michael, and clear up the Maeby/GM thing.

It also explains why Michael is the only one who has any sense of morals - he's not even related to these people! At the same time, he still couldn't leave because they all need him and he still thinks of them as family.

Yea, but we all know that Michael's morals are not that much better than the rest of his family. He may have the strongest sense of right and wrong, but he still has some issues too. He stole the chair, and the tv. He also lied to Maggie and Rita. He also stoops to his father's level to teach him a lesson.

Is that where we landed on that?

I don't know, I still think Mikey has the most moral of all the Bluths (save GM). Even when he steals, it is small compared to his family, when he lies, he ends up regreting it.. I think he does pretty well for being surrounded by those nuts... pretty darn well...
