Why doesn't the site list Leonor Varela as Marta in Key Decisions and Bringing Up Buster?

I don't believe the actress actually appeared in those episodes, though Marta may have been mentioned.

She definitely appeared in both episodes.

You're absolutely right, Microprosa. Short answer: The problem will be fixed shortly.

Long answer: When we moved to the new system of tools, the cast list is automatically generated from the episode transcripts; however, the system does not correctly resolve roles played by more than 1 person (e.g., Marta, Guard, Warden). This results in the wrong actor being credited in certain episodes. The transcripts will be updated to Marta 1.0/2.0 Warden Buck/Gentles, Guard 1/2, and so forth, and actor information should then be correct.

Well, Marta didn't have any speaking lines in Bringing Up Buster, so it's not a [gob] huge mistake [/gob].
