Yeah, mentioned quite a few times in The Immaculate Election, especially given that we do find out Steve Holt is Gob's son at the end of that. There's also foreshadowing music played during these two lines:

"He's basically a young you..." and "THAT'S Steve Holt? Looks like a chick I did once in high school." You can piece it together well before The Cabin Show explains everything.

Oh yeah I had got it before the Cabin Show (I'm not that slow) but its just cool how the narrator says that Gob got 3 women pregnant and only one (EVeE HOLT) had the baby cos 'if that one gets pregnant, she stays pregnant'. I just love the attention they give to continuity.

I thought it was cool, although quite possibly coincidental, that in this episode GOB wore the same shirt he wore in The Immaculate Election.. I just thought that that was really cool if it it was intentional.

When Gob and Steve Holt! arrive in Reno, they're in what looks like an old Camaro. We know from "Queen for a Day" that Gob had a Camaro that he "won on Card Sharks". Pretty subtle, and probably not meant as a joke, but interesting that father and son both owned Camaro's.

I know the episode, as well as the thread, is a bit old, and this is my first post (after reading for some time), but...

Did anyone notice, when Tobias is talking on the phone to Lindsay as she makes the trip to Reno, the sign he is standing in front of? It has a flashing neon light, switching between "family style" and "erotic". What I found amusing, is the little mascot to the left of the word "Swallows". It is a bird - a Swallow (appeasing the the "family style" aspect), but it happens to be lying on its back, one foot in the air of course, taking something into the mouth (appeasing the "erotic" aspect). If someone could clarify exactly what it is, that would be great. Either way, its a Swallow that Swallows! Brilliant!

I don't know if everyone has already twigged to this (you probably have) but when lindsay is trying to get michael to buy her a volvo, at the end she says its "too boxy". i suddenly realised this is hilarious since not only are volvo's boxy, but box is also slang for a vagina. fantastic considering the previous volvo/vulva mix-up.

Also, the name-tag for the Manager of Swallows. Reads: 'David Spitz'. While Tobias' reads 'Tobias Swallows'.
