I've always loved "Meet the Veals" (or is it "'Meat' the Veals"?) - I laugh hysterically EVERY TIME I watch it (though the same is true for all the episodes). I love the whole finale to it, where all the characters end up at the chapel and Michael and Ann's father end up fighting, and the cops apprehend Franklin as a kidnapping suspect. And who can forget the sight of Tobias as Mrs. Featherbottom, minus a wig (George Sr. took off with it again), wandering around proclaiming, "My, look at all the bobbies!" The episode also has a lot of great lines ("You've got to lock that down", "No, I would never say that", "My throat's a little sore, and my wrist") and scenes (Mrs. Featherbottom crashing down onto the coffee table, various members of the Bluth family passing out thanks to Franklin the ether-soaked puppet). Plus, it's the first episode with Franklin! ("You are one cool motherf*****!")
But anyway, I also really liked "Bringing Up Buster" and "Pier Pressure." I just wish that "Afternoon Delight" or "Development Arrested" (or "Harboring Resentment", whichever you prefer) were on the list. Those are two of my all-time favorites.
"Either I zip down or he zips up, and that's a mighty long zipper on Mother’s Cher jumpsuit! You have to get on your knees to start it!"
