Yeah, I think Lucille's comment is just a putdown (like, Mr. Big Shot or Mr. Cool Half-Man), and not the doctor's actual name.

I love this man, everytime I see him I wanna watch UCB for days on end
It is believed that AIDS was originally contracted from the monkeys, no not the band, but the animal. And we just wanted to deal with that issue. Just changing the attitude from 'eww AIDSy' to make it like 'ahh fun monkey disease'

he's hilarious, and the more times he's on it just gets better and better. The family knows he's going to say something wrong and they''re still surprised by him. I loved it when buster had his left hand bitten off and he told them he was going to be "all right"
G.O.B.: And guess what else? Dad kissed me.
Michael: How? He looked pretty unconscious in that picture.
G.O.B.: I didn’t say he was totally into it.

I love how you can hear George Michael (in the "all right" scene), in the background, saying "there's no other way to take that".

Oh, George Michael...

i tried to change his name to Dr. Fishman on the arrested wiki article, but they changed it back and were very rude about it.

That's not nice. It is his name, after all. Do it again, I say.

I love Michael's reactions to Dr. Fishman.

Michael: (restraining Lucille) He's a very literal man.

Dr. F: Unfortunatey, it's too late for me to do anything for him.
*uncomfortable silence*
Michael: Let him keep talking!
(probably butchered that last quote)

Another great minor character that established a recurring joke.

I love how he smiles when proclaiming that Buster is going to be "all right". His mood is always hilariously inappropriate.
