Mae Whitman (Ann) At Coachella

This is my first time visiting this site, it's pretty cool. i've been a fan of Arrested since the beginning. : )

Anyway, i was at the Coachella Festival this weekend. Me and my friends decided to go see Peaches and as we were waiting for her to start, my friend whispered in my ear that "George Michael's girlfriend" was standing right next to her. I looked over and sure enough it was her, still looking very much like the Ann we met in the final episode, plus a nose ring.

The surreal part was, as Peaches was about to walk out, what do you think played on the p.a. to introduce her? None other than Europe's "Final Countdown." I immediately looked over at Mae and she started yelling to her friend something like "this is from the show, arrested development!" I then proceeded to yell out, "Where's GOB?! Where's GOB?!" And looked over at her as she smiled and laughed along with her friend, not noticing that i knew who she was and that was the reason i was yelling it out.

Unfortunately, her and her friends soon split, but i was left with a pretty cool experience, not to mention the whole festival being amazing.

p.s. She is definitely not bland looking in person, she's a cutie.

Welcome to the op, malomakaio, and might I add, awesome story to share with us. Hope you stick with us. We don't have quite the traffic we used to have, but there's always some great discussion... and where else can you go and say things like "I blue myself early," and not get odd stares?

I'm sitting here in Great Britain and I can't get over Wee Britain. I LOVE it.

I also can't get over the fact that i'm going to have to wait at least another year to actually see any wee britain again...
