i kinda like him, he spices things up, i love his voice.
i think the innocence is good, b/c the rest of hte family has none. it's a nice combination.

I love that Lucille walks around with him and stores her stuff in his pockets instead of carrying a purse. It's awful but funny, just like most other things in the show.

I thought he was pretty funny, but I'm not sure there's that much more to do with him. He's already been in nearly twice as many episodes as Marta, and she had a character!

I don't know, he could still get that money since Lupe found out that he's eighteen, something interesting could happen with that. Sorry if it already happened, I missed a few of the season two episodes.

I just hope he doesn't end up like a Cousin Oliver from the Bradys or Seven from Married with Children. But the show was only in their first season so he's not used to as a new flavor to a dying show.

I was on jumptheshark.com and they were talking about annyong and they thought it was genius that they are trying every attempt to fall into a sitcom cliche and coming out better than ever. Like a mockery of other shows.

Yeah, I've always thought that was true. So many other shows come out with the long-lost family member/adopted kid, and it's usually a cute little kid to be more family friendly... so AD introduces a sudden adopted Korean kid who doesn't do anything in season 1.

Yeah, Annyong isn't really much of a character in and of himself, and I kind of doubt he was meant to be. I think he does a good job of just showcasing Lucille's rash and blatant disregard for anyone but herself. He was only adopted because Buster wouldn't finish his cheese, she kept him because he was making Buster jealous, she hid Nana's money in an account for him, and she used him as a purse. He definitely does a good job if his purpose is to show what a horrible (in a hilarious way of course) person Lucille is.

i dunno, he was never a really deep character. to quote Michael, i liked it better when he just said Annyong.
im almost positive he's gonna get dumped from the show, and soon, but undoubtedly come back two seasons later, considering the fact we havent seen him (almost) at all in the 2nd season.

i loved it when Buster was trying to steal his Bagel when he (buster) was on Atkins in the last ep. in season one.

Lucille said she sent hime to the Milford Academy so that should explain why we was never seen nor heard.
