Maeby: Rebel without a cause

I love the girl that play Maeby. She does such a good job of playing the angry rebel. Lindsay just ignores her, making her more and more mad. Finally, the take your daughter to work day episode really let her show off.

She's like the young, female Gob character. Snarky, rebellious, misunderstood, but with a big heart.

Has anyone seen a picture of her at the Emmys or on a red carpet? She is so grown-up and pretty in real life. I guess the little-girl clothes they dress her in on the show are to keep her looking young.

I don't want to Rrrowr because it sounds like a dirty old man since she's young, but she is striking.

LOL. That's so true, they even made fun of her freckles when Lucille gives her the elephant pin. "It'll distract from the freckles."

She was almost non-existant this episode, I think even Annyong had more lines. More Maeby!!!

Maeby is hysterical. I think she has more depth (you know, spoiled, rebellious, but also slightly weak and jealous girl) than her parents Lindsay and Tobias. Speaking of, I wonder if we'll find out the truth about her parents... like the Buster/Oscar things, we've had so many clues that she may not be Tobias/Lindsay's ("She was made in a cup. Like soup.").

This cast is just so great and so large, it's impossible to get everyone in. George Michael only had a couple of lines, and Annyong wasn't in the episode at all.

I'm sure we'll be rewarded by a nice juicy plot line for her next week!
