Back to the nipple thing - Michael says "7th nipple" so let’s count: Safe to assume he saw his own (2), and then he saw Gob’s (2), which leaves three, so either Kitty has three nipples or he only saw one of hers and there’s a missing pair (I’m guessing Tobias’).

I always thought it stood for "Youth-Oriented Music," which would make it a crack on MTV, yes.

It’s Spring Break, I’d say it’s safe to assume he got flashed a couple of times on his way to work. The joke is simply that he only saw one of Kitty’s since they’re not aligned anymore, hence why the nipple count’s now odd.

My first guess is that it’s some kind of Fraternity or Sorority ensignia because the frat boys/girls love their Spring Break, although the "T" and "A" in it makes me think it might refer to something else...
